Drafting and Design is one of three sister companies owned by
Advanced Business, Solutions, LLC located in the heart of central
Florida in beautiful Lake County Florida.
Just as our slogan states... ABS Drafting and Design strives
to be your "One Stop Shop Solution."
Unlike most other drafting and design firms, ABS delivers!
All of our prints include elevations (front, rear, left &
right), foundation plan, floor plan, electrical plan, roof framing
plan, site plan and necessary detail sheets. Plumbing
layouts with detailed diagrams, HVAC layouts for your ductwork
design, Form 600A Florida Energy Efficiency Compliance Package,
and Truss Engineering/Permitting Package are optional and can
be included for homes constructed in the State
of Florida. Of course all of our plans are engineered
and stamped by a Florida licensed engineer as appropriate.
We will work with you from the early stages of design concept
all the way to a complete finished set of engineered home plans.

We employ the services of licensed professionals to provide
you with the most accurate and detailed drawings possible.
Our plumbing layouts are done by a licensed Florida plumber, HVAC drawings
are completed by a licensed HVAC firm, Florida Energy Efficiency
Packages are completed by a qualified professional utilizing
the most up-to-date Florida Energy Rating software available,
etc.
